Shipping policy

 

Please allow 1-4 days for your order to be dispatched/shipped, if it’s a custom order then you will be provided with a time frame for it to be completed and sent.

All items will be sent via tracked delivery and tracking details will be provided to you so you can track your purchase.

We hold no responsibility for undelivered parcels if you fail to provide correct address. Any deliveries that fail to arrive to you because you have provided incorrect address and or instructions for delivery.

Authority to Leave

When the 'Authority to leave' option is selected at the Check Out, your order will be left on your doorstep if no one is available to receive the order in person.
Please note, in this case, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.

Missed Deliveries 
When the 'Authority to leave' option is not selected at the checkout, and no one is available to sign for the order, a card will be left with a contact number to arrange an alternative delivery day or collection of your parcel from a local designated pick up depot

Please take into consideration covid restrictions in certain areas that may cause delays in postage processing and delivery of your purchase.
